Studio Rates

We offer both hourly and daily rates, as well as weekly and multi-day specials. Let us know more about your project so we may offer you pricing options to fit your needs.

Booking Policy

Studio time is not officially booked until a full 50% deposit is received. You may hold the time with a deposit of $1,000 with the remaining balance of 50% paid in full within 7 days. If the full deposit is not received within 7 days, the time will be cancelled and initial deposit returned. Written requests and confirmations are required for every step of the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

14 or more days notice: 100% refund

13-8 days notice: 50% refund

7 or fewer days: 10% refund

Data Storage

If you wish to keep a copy of your session at our studio, we offer data storage and disc duplication at the rates below.

Permanent Storage: $5 p/GB (optional)

External Firewire* Hard Drive: $250 (optional, you may bring your own)

Back-up to DVD: $25 p/disc (optional, you may bring your own)

CD Duplication**: $5 p/disc (optional, you may bring your own)

*Please, no USB or USB2 hard drives.

**TIP: Thumb drives or flash drives are a great way to take your files with you. Save a CD: Bring your drive!

Any data stored on Erickson Sound Labs computers or hard drives is done so at the sole risk of the client. Data left on Erickson Sound Labs computers or hard drives will be erased after your project is completed.
